Twelve Sudanese female students have completed their one-year hafiz training and got their hafiz degree in graduation ceremony. The students started the training in July 2018.
They studied Qur’an with the method of Turkey. By means of the techniques developed by our foundations teachers the students completed their training in short period of times – varying between 100 days and 9 months.
They passed the exam that has been held by Mr Mustafa Bülent Dadaş, Sudan Religious Services counsellor of the Republic of Turkey, with high scores.
Mr İrfan Neziroğlu, the ambassador of Turkey to Khartoum, sent a representative to the graduation ceremony and gifts to the hafiz students. The counsellor Dadaş gave a speech on behalf of the Turkish embassy.
The families of the graduates, the new beginners and their families also joined the ceremony. The parents who gave speeches on behalf of mothers and fathers said emotional words and thanked their kids, our foundation and the teachers.
Our Sudan representative Mr Ismail Kaya gave a speech on behalf of the foundation. In his speech he mentioned the importance of practicing the meanings of the Qur’an in our lives along with memorizing its words: “Allah is the Merciful and the Compassionate. Our Prophet is the prophet of mercy. Our religion is the religion of ease. You, our hafiz sisters, are the heroes of compassion. Live such a life that those who meet you will fall in love with the Qur’an, love our prophet and hang on to his Sunnah. Let those who see you know that Islam is the religion of mercy through your living.” Mr Kaya thanked those who contributed the training.
The hafiz graduates were given their diplomas and commemorative plaques by the Religious Services Consultancy and our course.
